We will work together to create happier, healthier communities and reduce the gap in healthy life expectancy across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood.

We are a new partnership that brings together health and social care services across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood.

NHS providers, commissioners and local authorities are working together across Mid-Nottinghamshire to improve the lives of the residents in our communities. Each PCN is directed by a GP who works in that area.
