Our third Partners Assembly – 22 April
We held our third ICS Partners Assembly yesterday at the John Fretwell Sporting Complex in Mansfield.
The event was a huge success, bringing together 200 people from organisations across our health and care system, giving them opportunities to network, collaborate on ideas and deliver inspirational stories and case studies. During the event we explored our Integrated Care Strategy and the benefits of working as an Integrated Care System.
Presentations were given by:
- Dr Kathy McLean
- Bassetlaw Food Insecurity Network (BFIN)
- Integrated Neighbourhood Working (Community Care Transformation Programme)
- The Family Mentor Service
- Digital Notts
Locality Director Fiona Callaghan also spoke on Proactive Care, Director of Finance Stuart Poynor spoke on effective back office collaboration, and Chief People Officer Phillippa Hunt talked about how our Workforce continues to change.
We also held two interactive exercises for attendees – one to explore how people can support the delivery of the Integrated Care Strategy, and the other allowed members of different organisations to collaborate and discuss proactive care, back office and workforce.
The slides from the event are available to download. Below you can also watch a short video taken during the assembly and view photos from the event.
