Hi, I am Dr Junaid Dar and graduated as a doctor 18 years ago and been working in the area as GP for the last 13. Along with being a GP trainer and GP appraiser, I have special interest is Cardiology.

I see the PCNs working model both as a challenge and opportunity to make changes to provide best possible care to the local patients in the limited NHS resources.
