Integrated Care Partnership Insight Report
The Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) brings together NHS, social care, and independent and third sector providers to agree the strategy and direction for the Integrated Care System as a whole. An Insight Report was received by ICP on 6th October, which intended to support the ambition of the ICP to act as the “guiding mind” of the system and enable us to consider how we meet the expectations and aspirations of our communities. The report described key insights from our communities to support the refresh of our Integrated Care Strategy, ensuring our goals align with the needs of our citizens.
