To book a place for the ’round table’ discussion part of the day click here (places will be confirmed by email and a diary confirmation invite.  The link to the morning talks will also be shared with you).  To note, you will need to be sponsored by a senior leader from your organisation (ideally at the Exec. level) to attend the round table discussions

Progression on prevention updates.  The morning talks will also provide an understanding of prevention in different parts of the system:

Karielle Webster, Consultant in Public Health: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Nottingham City Council on prevention and equality

Steven Smith, Deputy Director of Community, Long Term Conditions & Frailty at the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB: proactive care programme and prevention work with those with existing conditions

Fiona Branton Head of Infection, Prevention & Control at Nottingham City Care: e-coli and bloodstream infections/immunisation

Anna Oliver, Head of Service, Integrated Strategic 
Commissioning for Adult Social Care and Helen Neville, Prevention Lead at Nottingham County Council: social care and prevention
